Scenography | Papadiamantis: A theatrical documentary

Three semi-transparent fabric panels, which move at different levels of depth, create spaces and define the movements of the actors, as they narrate events of the life of A. Papadiamantis, or act the characters of his novels. The panels sometimes function as borders, or as projection surfaces. They become partition walls – which, depending on the lighting, allow or block the formation of the figures. A plain chair and a terracotta bench are the two objects that complement the stage scenery.
