Architecture | Tserfo
Located in Tserfo, in the Peloponnese, this residential project consists of four detached, two-storey houses carefully positioned within the landscape to maximize their relationship with the sea and the surrounding natural environment.
The primary design objective was to ensure unobstructed sea views for all four residences. To achieve this, the buildings are thoughtfully arranged and slightly staggered, allowing each house to benefit equally from the visual connection to the horizon while maintaining a sense of privacy.
Equally important was the seamless integration between indoor and outdoor living. Each house is directly connected to its private garden, encouraging a continuous flow between interior spaces and the natural surroundings. Large openings and strategically placed terraces enhance this relationship, reinforcing the experience of living close to nature.
The interiors are designed to be light-filled, comfortable, and welcoming. Natural light plays a central role, with generous glazing allowing sunlight to penetrate deep into the spaces throughout the day. The layout prioritizes clarity, functionality, and a calm living atmosphere, creating homes that feel both spacious and intimate.
Overall, the project balances openness and privacy, architecture and landscape, offering a contemporary living experience rooted in its coastal setting.
